Saka Marlinang Nainggolan

Managing Partner

Saka Marlinang Nainggolan has over 25 years of experience in finance, accounting, audit and tax. Throughout her career, she has served as an auditor at Grant Thornton Indonesia and as Head of Accounting and Tax at PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk (EMTEK), managing various finance, accounting, and tax matters for EMTEK and its group.

 

She was involved in the Go Public process for EMTEK and corporate actions within the EMTEK Group, including mergers, acquisitions, and public listings of subsidiaries. She also managed tax-related matters within the EMTEK Group, such as tax audits, tax objections, tax appeals, lawsuit petitions to the tax court, and case reviews. Currently, she serves as a member of the Audit Committee of PT Cakra Buana Resources Energi Tbk, a position she has held since 2022.

Raditia Christine Senjaya

Partner

With over 30 years of extensive experience in finance, accounting and audit, Raditia Christine Senjaya has built a significant career. She has served as an auditor at Big Four firms, KPMG and PwC, and has held senior financial management roles in leading national and multinational companies across various sectors, including trading, manufacturing, advertising, pay television, and logistics. 

 

She was a key member of the Go Public team during the IPO of PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk. Currently, she contributes her expertise as a member of the Audit Committee for several companies (PT Red Planet Indonesia Tbk, PT Cisadane Sawit Raya Tbk, PT Cakra Buana Resources Energi Tbk and PT Bukit Uluwatu Villa Tbk). She is also proficient in Mandarin, enabling her to effectively engage with clients from Chinese backgrounds.
